Who we are

Miðstöðin is the heart and soul of pianist and music teacher Ólafur Elíasson.

At Miðstöðin, students learn everything about the world of bands from A to Z — from songwriting, recording, producing, and performing, to much more.

Miðstöðin operates under two music schools in Reykjavík, Iceland: Nýja Tónlistarskólanum & Tónlistarskóla Reykjavíkur.
